Hello to all the Wannabees

Sunday’s mountain bike outride was attended by 30 plenty riders. Wonderful route and even better weather.

We split into 3 groups and managed to do more than two and a half hours through the the farms and into Eden.

Some riders prayed for flat tyres to rest, and some had them. With the routes being through farms and duwweltjie areas, we suggest having slime in the tubes or go the ultimate tubeless route.

The slow group with me in charge of course got lost despite some local knowledge from Trevor, so if anyone would like to travel on this route again, just ride in the slow group

It was nice to see some of our roadie riders out on M/bikes, looks like Hertzel was the only one in the Road group on Sunday

Ralph will draw up a ‘must’ list for the rides. This will be published on the BLOG.
