Good day to all the Wannabees

This weekend was a real Cape set of two. Saturday was windy and a strong North westerly and Sunday a beautiful day for cycling. This was wonderful for the first ten ks and then I suffered through the other 100ks. With Andre and John in charge, a stiff pace was set (I think that it was an EGO thing because the ladies in the group were setting the pace most of the time)

Mandy, the Gestapo general, had her group out both days. Saturday she arrives with no shoes !! and Sunday fails to pitch……a real case of getting cold feet??

John has found that a monthly (at least) golf tour is the best medicine for enduro cycle training. I hope to soon take some lessons from him.

On the web and Blog we shall publish a letter from CSA regarding PPA and CSA membership. Read it carefully and if you do not understand get hold of one of the comm.. members who do not understand as well. Note that the CSA and PPA yearly membership times do not run from same months.

Saw some M/bike riders coming back from the Schaapensberg route. Arrie says the trail is looking great.
